Description

Poet Desmond Kon Zhicheng-Mingdé was the co-winner of the Singapore Literature Prize for English Poetry in 2016 for his collection I Didn’t Know Mani Was a Conceptualist. Join him for a cosy literary evening as he discusses his work with moderator Daryl Lim Wei Jie, and takes questions from the audience.

This session is part of Twilight Tales, an ongoing series featuring Singaporean writers and hosted by friends and partners of the Book Council. It aims to foster stimulating conversation around celebrated literary works, and to inspire and educate people on the joys and challenges of being a writer in Singapore. Previously featured writers include Meira Chand, Josephine Chia, O Thiam Chin and Cyril Wong.
