Description

Nomads and The World in a Cup of Tea is a literary tea-pairing experience that satiates your desire for travel. A drink with unlimited variations, tea spans across cultures and time, evoking memories of moments to be savoured long after the cup empties.

Featuring Singapore’s travel writers Marc Nair and Tan Mei Ching, Nomads and The World in a Cup of Tea fuses the ritual of afternoon tea into a literary experience, with the tea curated to the writers’ works. The event is held at Singapore’s new arts and cultural centre Temenggong 18/20, which is housed in two historic black-and-white bungalows with maritime origins and amidst the natural surroundings of Mount Faber.

Books of the featured writers will be sold at the event.
