Thank you for supporting #BuySingLit 2020!

On behalf of the #BuySingLit working committee and team, we wish to say a big "thank you" to all our partners and supporters who joined us in celebrating SingLit. It was heartwarming to witness our community coming together in spite of COVID-19, and enjoying the different events and programmes during #BuySingLit in March.

As more measures are put in place to ensure our safety and more of us are working from home, we would like to assure you that #BuySingLit will continue to connect with you over our social media platforms. We hope that you will continue to support SingLit as we seek comfort from books and reading, especially now more than ever.
Here are other ways you can support the #BuySingLit movement and our literary community:
1. Like and Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates
2. Need a book recommendation? Direct Message us on social media and we’ll get our SingLit authors to recommend you some good reads 😊
3. Explore SingLit in different languages aurally with Artwave Studio's Poems on Air.
4. Shape your own narrative in Tusitala Interactive: Somewhere Else, Another Youan online literary gamebook based on the work of Golden Point Award winner Tania de Rozario.
Stay safe, and may the words of our homegrown writers keep you company until we see each other again.

What people said
"We had a great time making and performing The Basket by Rolypoly Family for children and families at #BuySingLit, in spite of the difficulties posed by Covid-19. To see the children especially responding to the dancers with their own imaginative and movement play, made it all worth it for us.
- Faye Lim, Derring-Do Dance

“As the F&B operator of our collaboration cafe with Epigram Books, we had a delightful experience in encouraging our well-read patrons to take mini book samples. What a novel way to raise awareness for Singapore literature!"
- Deon Poh, Huggs Coffee

“Over the years, the #BuySingLit movement has successfully created an awareness for local works and we see an increasing number of patrons looking for SingLit titles.”
- Sung Yuen Ling, Maha Yu Yi
